Basalt stones are polished volcanic lava rocks. They act to reduce stress, anxiety, promote relaxation, ease pain and muscle tension.

Reiki is an energy healing technique. As a Reiki Master, I have undergone formal training in the healing art. This involves gentle hand movements with the intention to guide healthy energy through the client's body to reduce stress, and promote healing. Client remains fully clothed.

Focuses on your back, shoulders, neck and arms through clothing, dress light. Feel free to ask about sponsoring an event off site, or including as part of employee wellness programs.
Therapeutic massage therapy includes various techniques to include swedish massage, cupping, hot stones, and deep tissue massage.
